• Furniture - From "just the basics" to extravagant, to everything in between, Key Housing can meet your need and budget.
• Housewares - Linens, dishware, pots, pans and everything you need right down to the vegetable peeler.
• Electronics - Television sets, VCR, microwaves, computers, and more are available to complete your home environment.
• Utilities - Your electricity, gas, water and trash collection services are always included.
• Cable Television - Choose from basic cable to a premium level of service with all the bells and whistles.
• Local Telephone Service - A working telephone number or multiple telephone numbers, without the hassle of a hotel switchboard.
• Home Delivered Newspaper - The local newspaper of your choice when you select the "Premier" service package!
• Housekeeping and Maid Service - Weekly, monthly, or on call maid service is available during your stay. Of course, your temporary home is always professionally cleaned for you prior to your arrival and after you leave.
• Other special requirements? - Just ask, we love to say YES!

Simply reserve your temporary home with the convenience of a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club) or setup a custom billing account. Pricing

Prices for temporary housing vary greatly from city to city, and area to area. Here are some of the critical factors that will affect your rate:

• SIZE - The larger your temporary home the higher the cost. A studio is generally a lot less expensive than a 3-bedroom house.
• LOCATION - As with any housing issue, location is everything. Prime areas that are in high demand will cost more.
• AVAILABILITY - The "good deals" are generally the first to go. Planning ahead will give you the most options to choose from. Delaying your decision until the last minute can be very costly.
• NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS - More people in your party will increase your cost, however your cost per person will decrease greatly if you are sharing expenses with one or more people.
• LENGTH OF STAY - The longer your stay, the lower your cost per month. Key Housing Connections can accommodate stays of 30 days or longer in most areas.
• PETS - We love pets! However, providing temporary housing for pet families can be a discouraging, and expensive experience. Key Housing Connections is proud to offer a number of properties that allow pets, however, availability is limited. Be prepared, as "pet rent" premium and/or pet deposits are often required.
