Furniture - From "just the basics" to extravagant, to everything in between, Key Housing can meet your need and budget.

Housewares - Linens, dishware, pots, pans and everything you need right down to the vegetable peeler.

Electronics - Television sets, DVD, microwaves, computers, and more are available to complete your home environment.

Utilities - Your electricity, gas, water and trash collection services are always included.

Cable/Satellite Television - Choose from basic channels to a premium service with all the bells and whistles.

Local Telephone Service - A working telephone number or multiple telephone numbers, without the hassle of a hotel switchboard.

Long Distance Telephone Service - Most locations include free Nationwide long distance service and some include free International calling to selected countries.

High Speed Internet - HSI services are available at most locations.

Housekeeping and Maid Service - Weekly, monthly, or on call maid service is available during your stay. Of course, your temporary home is always professionally cleaned for you prior to your arrival and after you leave.

Pricing

Prices for temporary housing can vary greatly from city to city, and from area to area within a city. Here are some of the critical factors that will affect your rate:

SIZE - The larger your temporary home the higher the cost. A studio is generally a lot less expensive than a 3-bedroom house.

LOCATION - As with any housing issue, location is everything. Prime areas that are in high demand will cost more.

AVAILABILITY - The "good deals" are generally the first to go. Planning ahead will give you the most options to choose from. Delaying your decision until the last minute can be very costly.

NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS - More people in your party will increase your cost, however your cost per person will decrease greatly if you are sharing expenses with one or more people.

LENGTH OF STAY - The longer your stay, the lower your cost per month. Key Housing Connections can accommodate stays of 30 days or longer in most areas.

PETS - We love pets! However, finding temporary housing for pet families can be a discouraging, and expensive experience. Key Housing Connections is proud to offer a number of properties that allow pets, however, availability is limited. Be prepared, as "pet rent" premium and/or pet deposits are often required.
