Dean Ross

Dean founded Key Housing Connections in 1992 and is currently KHC’s Chief Executive Officer. At 25 years of age, he began investing in residential rental real estate, which eventually segued into a corporate housing business. Under Dean’s leadership KHC has grown from a small Sacramento focused business to now serving the national and international needs of KHC’s corporate clients.
Prior to founding KHC, Dean was Director of Marketing for the California Trucking Association, and studied at California State University, Sacramento, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Dean left the Hawaiian Islands behind to pursue an education in California, eventually married and raised four children. Dean respects Mother Earth, and thoroughly enjoys the outdoors, hiking, backpacking, mountain biking and watersports of all kinds.

Bob Lee
Position: President
Bob Lee joined the company 26-years ago as the Marketing Director and is today, the President.
After spending 22-years in the International airline and travel industries, Bob was fascinated by the potential of the “Corporate Housing” concept. The development of the Internet and the evolution of business travel have proven to be a winning combination.
Bob was born and raised in Grass Valley, California. After attending college and a tour in the U.S. Air Force, he went to work for Canadian Pacific Airlines in San Francisco. Bob spent 18-years in sales and marketing at CP Air. He developed advertising and tour product for North American and International destinations.

Claudia Aldridge
Position: Vice President
After several years in the Administrative field, Claudia started with Key Housing Connections as a consultant in 1994. She assisted this young company in developing policies and procedures that are still in practice today. She officially joined the Key Housing Connections team in 1995 as the Operations Manager.
At the present time, Claudia is working in a part-time capacity with KHC, assisting the operations team, while also serving as Vice President on the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Key Housing Connections, Claudia was the Special Events and Convention Manager for the California Trucking Association.
Claudia has raised 2 children, and now enjoys spending time with her 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Amanda Subia
Position: Operations Manager
Amanda has been a part of the Key Housing Team in various roles for nearly 15 years and is currently the Operations Manager. Amanda started her career with Key Housing at the age of 23 as the receptionist. After a very short time she joined the sales team, and from there has had the opportunity to learn and grow within the organization.
After 6 years with Key Housing, Amanda had an opportunity to stay home and raise her young children. Blessed with 3 beautiful daughters, she has been an active participant within the 4H Youth Mentoring Organization, as well as managing Competitive Youth Soccer Teams.
Amanda returned to Key Housing in 2012 and has thoroughly enjoyed being able to focus on her career and seeing where new journeys and adventures will take her.

Jacquelyne Theisen
Position: National Sales Account Manager
Jacquelyne came to work at Key Housing Connections 2003 after a career in Retail and Property Management. Jacquelyne specializes in Client Happiness, Global sourcing, Efficiency, and just plain hard work.
She enjoys camping, hiking, off-roading, overlanding, off road racing and her 2 German Pinschers, Gerle and Gretta.

Kathy Bay
Position: National Sales Account Manager
Kathy Bay has been a Key Housing National Account Manager for 10 years and has been in the Property Management and Corporate Housing industry over 20 years. Kathy was born in Santa Barbara County, grew up in Orange County, and has lived in the Bay Area for the past 20 years. She prides herself on knowing every corner of the State of California, and on her ability to find her clients a place to stay wherever they need to go. She enjoys playing tennis, hiking in the Mt. Diablo open space area with her husband, her two dogs, and in the winter loves skiing at Lake Tahoe.

Gary is a jack of all trades and has been working for Key Housing Connections on and off since 1999. From setting up apartments for new clients to working on marketing strategies, Gary specializes in building relationships with properties to grow and maintain the Key Housing Solution.
With three very active kids, including a teenager, he enjoys time around the house and family activities that keep changing as the kids grow year to year. On the rare occasion when the kids are away, you can find him sitting behind his old drum set remembering the good old days. The best memories last forever.

Alani Ross
Position: Customer Service and Operations Specialist
Alani has been around Key Housing Connections since the start in 1992, however she officially joined the Key Housing Team in March of 2011. She is currently a Customer Service and Operations Specialist, working primarily with the national sales team in the United States.
Alani was born and raised in Orangevale, CA and has earned an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Sierra College. Prior to working for Key Housing Connections, she worked in retail for several years.
When Alani is not working, she is raising her two children. She enjoys camping, fishing, family BBQ’s, and DIY projects.

Katie Escajeda
Position: Customer Service and Operations Specialist
Katie joined Key Housing Connection in May of 2017. She is currently a Customer Service and Operations Specialist, working primarily with the international leasing team, and has enjoyed learning and adapting to each new country’s way of letting. She is also working with the marketing department creating new campaigns and social media posts.
Katie was born and raised in the Sacramento area and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from California State University, Sonoma.
In her spare time, Katie loves to give back to her community by volunteering with the Kiwanis International Club of Citrus Heights and Orangevale – Fair Oaks.

Kylie Johnson
Position: Administrative Assistant
Kylie joined Key Housing Connections in 2018. She works as an administrative assistant, working with marketing and website development. Her job at Key Housing has helped her to develop office skills and a strong work ethic. She is proficient at getting projects done and out of the way in an efficient and speedy manner.
Kylie was born and raised in the Sacramento area. When she is not working, she spends her free time learning how to play music.
